Fully Recommended Tentative Agreement Reached

The Kroger Mid-Atlantic Division and UFCW Local 400 bargaining committees have reached a fully recommended tentative agreement on a new contract for our Roanoke area associates. This is great news!

Both the Company and Union bargaining committees worked to reach an agreement that includes significant wage increases, maintains affordable healthcare, and continues investing in a pension for your retirement.

The Union will share more information on the fully recommended tentative agreement over the next week and provide voting details.
