Negotiations Continue Ahead of Contract Expiration

Today, Kroger Mid-Atlantic shared an increased wage offer with UFCW Local 400 for our Roanoke associates. The latest proposal underscores Kroger’s continued commitment to investing in associates while keeping groceries affordable.

Key Economic Highlights of Kroger’s Proposal:

  • Wages: The Company’s counterproposal includes competitive pay increases across job classifications, with an emphasis on maintaining market-competitive wages that support associates at every stage of their careers.

Current Status

The Company and Union are scheduled to meet again tomorrow, Saturday, June 7. We remain ready to negotiate in good faith and will continue working toward a fair and balanced agreement.
