Negotiations Continue Toward a New Agreement That Invests in You

This week, Kroger Mid-Atlantic and UFCW Local 400 continued negotiations on a new contract for our Roanoke associates.

Progress at the Table
We remain focused on reaching an agreement that recognizes and rewards the hard work you do every day. Our conversations this week have been productive, and we are encouraged by the tone and commitment from both sides.

Together, we are working toward a deal that includes competitive wages, high-quality and affordable healthcare, and helps us keep prices low for the communities we serve.
