Promising Progress This Week as Negotiations Continue

This week, Kroger Mid-Atlantic and UFCW Local 400 resumed bargaining toward a new contract for our Roanoke associates.

Promising Progress
The company and union were able to reach tentative agreements on several language items. We are encouraged by the progress made this week and look forward to returning to the table next week to continue productive discussions. We believe by working together we can reach an agreement that invests in market competitive wages, affordable healthcare and continues to keep groceries affordable for the communities we serve.

What’s Next
Kroger and UFCW Local 400 are scheduled to return to the bargaining table June 2 – 7. We will continue to keep you informed through regular updates in huddles and at www.krogermidatlanticcba.com.

If you have questions, please reach out to your store leader. If they do not have the answer they will find out and get back to you as soon as possible.

Thank you for everything you do to serve our customers and one another with excellence.
