Company Shares Significant Comprehensive Offer

This week, the company shared a Comprehensive Offer with the union. This is a part of the negotiations process. A comprehensive offer includes wages, benefits, working conditions, and more. We are proud of this offer which would invest more than $300 million over the life of the contract. We believe this offer confirms our commitment to you and our desire to reach an agreement that is good for you. Here are a few highlights:

• More Money in Your Paycheck
  • Up to $1.00 per hour pay increase in 1^st year for Department Leaders and Top Rate Associates
  • Up to $2.00 per hour pay increase in 1^st year for Clerks
  • Significant entry-level wage investment
• Affordable Health Care Costs
  • We are continuing with zero weekly associate health care contribution increases until 2025
    Minimal contribution increases would take effect in 2025
  • No health care plan design changes until 2026

Contract Expiration – February 24

We understand the negotiations process can become stressful as we approach contract expiration on February 24. As bargaining continues next week, we are hopeful of reaching an agreement before contract expiration.

We believe, by working together, we can reach a Fully Recommended Tentative Agreement before February 24 that puts more money in your paycheck and keeps West Virginia stores competitive. A win-win solution is possible!
