Kroger Mid-Atlantic and UFCW Local 400 bargaining committees have reached a Fully Recommended Tentative Agreement.
With the assistance of a federal mediator, the company and union committees met this week and have reached a Fully Recommended Tentative Agreement on a new contract for Mid-Atlantic associates in West Virginia, Kentucky, and Ohio. This is great news and a great contract for all associates.
The company and the union worked together to reach an agreement that is good for associates and helps to keep fresh food affordable for the communities we serve.
